No one want to have water heater issues but my experience with Payless Water heater was Pain Less! Yes I had to pay for the service but because of the great explanation of my issues I came away feeling like I got a good value and strong understanding of how my system works. David was so easy to work with and professional Thank you David and Pay And Pain Less Water Heater for your quick and professional response to my issues that are now fixed.

David was very knowledgeable about what was needed for my mom’s mobile home. He worked around my schedule so I could be there to pay him when he was finished. He was kind and did not try to upsell. It cost more than I was anticipating but Payless beat the two other companies that quoted me. Now I know that she has a properly regulated water heater that is secured properly (it was not before). When this warranty runs out it will not cost as much to replace next time. I called the office staff multiple times and they were very helpful in providing information to help me with pulling the permit myself.

Payless Water Heaters was awesome from start to finish. Admittedly I shopped around to find the best price for a new water heater in my area. They beat the best price I found and we're very accommodating. Then the next day David came and installed our brand new unit. He was fast and efficient and friendly. We had a 12 year old hot water heater go out this morning. We called Payless who were able to get a technician (Darren) out to our house within a couple of hours. Rather than replace the defective pilot assembly and thermostat, we decided to get a new gas hot water heater since the old one was already 12 years old. Darren also discovered that our water pressure regulator was also defective which also needed to be replaced. The workmanship performed by Darren was exemplary. He explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process and took the time to show us how to cut off gas and water during an emergency. The whole process from scheduling, troubleshooting, installation and payment was seamless. This is an A+ company and we highly recommend them!
